About
Background, what I build, how I work, and what I'm drawn to.
I build things that help other people build things.
My background spans blockchain engineering, developer relations, education, and storytelling. Six-plus years of production infrastructure — Ethereum node systems processing $2B+ in daily volume, cross-chain indexing pipelines, an institutional stablecoin — and most recently, leading developer relations for a Layer-1 while still shipping the SDKs, demos, and integration code myself.
Good code isn't enough. The hard part is making it usable.
I'm interested in how programmable ownership and AI agents change what's possible for creators and developers, but I'm more interested in making those ideas actually work in production. I like projects where the technical challenge is matched by real utility. Things people will use, not just things that look good in a demo.
what i do#
- Build. Smart contracts, SDKs, data pipelines, and developer tools. I write code that makes complex protocols accessible.
- Teach. Hackathons, documentation, tutorials. I help people understand blockchains and emerging tech, from first principles.
- Advise. Helping early-stage startups find their footing. Strategy, technical direction, and the grind of shipping.
- Evangelize. Bringing people into the crypto community. Making the case for why this technology matters and how to actually use it.
how i work#
I think clearly, ask questions, and care about whether what I'm building actually solves the problem. I'm skeptical of hype and drawn to work that's technically interesting and meaningfully useful. If you're building something real and need someone who can code, explain, and ship, that's where I thrive.

Beyond the code and the blockchains, these are the things that keep me curious and grounded.
what my friends say#
I asked the people who know me best. They didn't hold back.
When Charlene says she's locked in, she locks in hard, regardless if it's a field she previously had no idea about. She will turn into an obsessed person in a matter of days and it will be her new personality from there on.

No doubt the project manager of the group. Takes care of logistics, scheduling, bookings, disputes, etc. We would go crazy without her.
